Park Crew members invite Science House visitors to explore
Updated June 27, 2007.

The Park Crew is a youth team that is a part of the Youth Science Center at the Science Museum of Minnesota (SMM). The YSC houses youth teams that focus on science content areas, basic work skills and museum content. The Crew is composed of 12 high school students who assist visitors in the Big Back Yard (BBY) during the summer and then develop and teach stream table activities at community based after-school programs during the school year.

Contact Theresa Stets (stets@smm.org) or Mary Ann Steiner (651-221-2516) for more information.

New hires for the Park Crew are recruited during the spring of each year. Openings are advertised on the SMM website (http://www.smm.org/getinvolved/jobs/job_open.php)  under "youth employment opportunities".
