NCED's Graduate Student Council (GSC) provides a forum by which students from all NCED institutions can communiciate with one another and with NCED Principal Investigators and staff. Each year, the GSC elects a slate of officers, conducts retreats, and shares information via a listserv and videoconferences. The GSC also proposes specific programs to NCED's Executive Committee. For example, the GSC proposed and NCED implemented a shared equipment inventory and a student travel fund.
